旗津海產遠近馳名,很多遊客專程結伴到此,就為大啖海鮮而來。但你可能從沒想過,大快朵頤也能跟公益扯上關係,這得從海濱海產的老頭家說起。

海濱海產在老饕心中遠近馳名,連同行都說讚。現撈海鮮平價美味,所有菜餚都是佛心來著,絕不會有被敲竹槓的感覺。二來就像漫畫《小當家》說的:「好廚師,會帶給人幸福感。」這份幸福感也被行善三十多年的老頭家莊明祥實踐在弱勢者身上,例如長年為弱勢家庭準備年菜;經常送白米和魚貨給家扶中心受扶家庭;參予八八賑災;甚至愛心遠播到海外,為北越、馬利共和國的孩童蓋學校!老頭家娘說:「我們是世界展望會永久會員,賺的錢全用在這裡了,一生行善雖然辛苦,但很快樂。」

回憶這家老店,老頭家夫妻倆一開始也只為了餵飽辛苦人而已。「最初我賣早餐和陽春麵,但工人說吃麵不會飽,我就多煮一鍋飯給他們吃。後來說海口人吃飯不能沒有魚,就把自己吃的船家菜多煮一些給他們吃。沒想到造碼頭的、做海底隧道的工人也來了,結果我每天要做幾百個便當來餵飽這些肚子。」

QIjin seafood is very famous that draws many tourists to eat the seafood. However, seafood can also involve charity and the story begins with the owner of Seashore Restaurant.

Seashore Restaurant is highly famous among gourmands and even recognized by peer restaurants. All seafood is fresh and delicious without expensive price. Such sense of happiness is practiced by owner Ming-Xiang Zhuang on the disadvantaged. For example, the owner prepares Chinese New Year dishes for the disadvantaged family, frequently delivers rice and seafood to the fostering homes in fostering center, and participating in rescue relief. The charity even spreads overseas by building schools for northern Vietnam and République du Mali. Owner’s wife said that they are permanent members of World Vision and all the money made in used here. 

The owner of the restaurant and his wife only intended for feed the hard working people. “I first sold breakfast and noodle but the workers could not feel full from eating noodles so I make a wok of rice. The owner was previously a fisherman who is also familiar with seafood. The restaurant prepares fishermen’s cuisine and many traditional cuisines with exceptional unique flavor.

創意下酒菜,一戰成名

老頭家原是討海人,最熟悉魚貨特性,開店至今除漁家料理,還有許多傳統手路,蝦排、芋頭丸、魚丸等都是自製,保證獨家口味。你若來到旗津一帶,別忘品嘗這裡傳統古早的船家菜。龍膽石班炒菜酸尤其超人氣,魚皮Q彈、魚肉細緻,配上酸辣脆多層次口感,讓人回味無窮。

談到接班,澳洲企管碩士畢業的第二代接任店長後,開始思忖精緻飲食的現代經營方式。他提到得獎的檸檬鮮蚵,費過很多心思。「蚵的品質太重要,要現開的,不能太小,吃起來會軟爛沒有Q感,川燙過後要冰鎮,還要調檸檬汁與水果醋,冰塊、酸度、濃度都須控制。」這就是他想追求的精緻,為了讓客人喝到解膩的醋,他將鮮蚵和果醋放入小酒杯,貼心但很厚工,卻一舉讓他入選競爭激烈的「高雄啤酒節下酒菜」,不但上電視還至啤酒節現場展演試賣。

Such cuisine is based on charity and good deeds, which is believed to be a delicacy of morals. The 60 years of management is implemented through cuisine, while such sense of happiness will be conveyed to people in need of help through your consumption.
