1985年開業的快樂地水果吧，是臺北許多喜愛果汁吧現打果汁的人，從小到大的記憶。三十年來，已有人喝到三代同堂一起光顧，不少小小孩從小看到繽紛香甜的果汁，都會在吧臺底下墊著腳尖、拉長脖子，想知道果汁是怎麼變出來的，如今長高以後，已經會開心地告訴店員：「我長得比櫃臺高出半個頭了！」

這間照顧全家大小都健康快樂的快樂地，是阿照和小燕三十年前離鄉背井到臺北，從水果買賣開始，用心累積對水果的了解，並因緣際會得到貴人相助，經過無數次的摸索嘗試，開始在臺北老百貨的今日百貨經營快樂地水果吧，並慢慢建立起商譽，連日本知名雜誌都前來慕名採訪。

現於臺北101、新光三越A11店、京華城、統一阪急、新光臺中店等五家百貨皆有快樂地的直營店，由於對水果擁有數十年的經驗，因此能藉由水果的巧妙搭配，呈現水果自然香甜。快樂地堅持100%現場手作，更無人工甘味與香料的添加，百分之百純天然鮮榨，因此深受越來越注重養生的現代人青睞。

Happy Inn Juice Bar, opened in 1985, is a childhood memory for people in Taipei who love freshly pressed juice. In the past thirty years, there have been three generations buying juice in Happy Inn Juice Bar.

Happy Inn Juice Bar is established by A-Zhao and Shiao-Yen, who left their hometown for Taipei to sell fruit. With the help of the most influential person and numberless explorations and attempts, the bar was first set up in Jinri Department Store, the old department store in Taipei, and gradually earned a reputation. Even Japan’s well-known magazines came to have an interview with the bar.

There are five Happy Inn Juice Bar’s regular chains in Taiwan, including Taipei 101, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi A11, Living Mall, Unified Hankyu Department Store, and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi in Taichung. Happy Inn Juice Bar insists on pressing juice freshly to present fragrance and sweetness of fruits. In addition, there are no sweetener and artificial flavoring added to the juice. As a result, the juice are preferred by modern people who focus on health.

許多人喜愛果汁的甜美，但也擔心糖分是否過高，另外，打果汁的器材、冰塊是否乾淨衛生，多少都會帶點疑慮，且少數傳聞有些果汁採用不新鮮的水果，這些問題尤其在夏天，多半會是消費者的考量。然而，在快樂地水果吧這些問題通通無需過慮，因為快樂地的果汁跟自己買回家的水果一樣漂亮新鮮。

「我們追求水果的原味，例如精力果汁或柳橙鳳梨汁，本身甜度就夠了。且三十年來堅持使用新鮮水果，例如我們的芒果與優質的農家合作，當天採收就立刻當天直送。相信挑剔的客人絕對喝得出品質的差別。」店長表示。

為了讓蔬果保持最鮮活的狀態，快樂地付出很大的心血，培訓專業人才、選用最好的設備，堅持現點現做，全部製作流程現場透明化，一切都為了讓顧客看得到、喝得到最新鮮美味的活果汁。

快樂地各店均提供中英日對照的菜單，外籍顧客比例相當高，深受歐美日人士肯定喜愛。店長說：「日本雜誌來訪時，我們特別推薦深具臺灣特色並相當受國際觀光客歡迎的幾項商品，例如熱門的招牌芒果冰沙，還有內含五種水果酸甜清爽的綜合優酪乳，以及百香果C多多，百香果也是台灣特有的水果。」

“We insist on preserving the original flavor of fruits. For the past thirty years, we insists on using fresh fruits. For example, we cooperate with excellent mango growers. Mangos are harvested and delivered on the same day. We believe consumers will tell the difference between the juice we make and the juice made by others,” said the manager.

In order to make vegetables and fruits remain fresh, Happy Inn Juice Bar invests to train professionals, use the best appliances, and insists on pressing juice freshly and making production procedure transparent, by which we hope consumers can see and drink the most fresh and delicious juice.

Chinese-English version of Menu is offered in each Happy Inn Juice Bar. We have many foreign customers. “When being interviewed by a Japanese magazine, we recommend several popular items loved by foreign visitors such as Mango Smoothie, Punch yoghourt, Passion Fruit with Yogurt Milk,” said the manager.
