鹽埕區老店-綠洲西餐廳

七賢三路一帶以往被稱為酒吧街,由於早期韓戰爆發後美國海軍駐軍高雄港以及停泊休息而在這因應而生許多船員酒吧與西餐廳款待這些異國來的客人。待美軍撤離之後之後隨著高雄港貿易頻繁,酒吧街的燈紅酒綠也吸引許多日籍與外籍船員來此流連,因此鹽埕區曾經為高雄早期最繁華的地區之一。

"Night Market" is the unique food culture in Taiwan. In the night market, everyone can find his/her favorite snack. After getting full, having a sweetie or ice product is a perfect ending. Therefore, you cannot miss "Three Brothers' Tofu Pudding" when coming to the night market in front of Keelung Temple.

Three brothers' father, Chen Kung-Hsin was originally a laborer in the wharf. In order to raise his children, he inherited his father's recipe to make tofu-pudding and peddling along the street after work. In 1968, he started to setup a stand in front of the temple and now the stand has more than 40 years of history.
