Three brothers' father, Chen Kung-Hsin was originally a laborer in the wharf. In order to raise his children, he inherited his father's recipe to make tofu-pudding and peddling along the street after work. In 1968, he started to setup a stand in front of the temple and now the stand has more than 40 years of history.

The three brothers inherited the nameless stand in 1982 and registered "Three Brothers" as the name of the stand. There were more than 100 Three Brothers' Tofu Pudding franchises in Taiwan. In order to prevent customers from eating different tastes of the Tofu pudding, the original taste of Three Brothers' Tofu Pudding can only be tasted in Keelung night market.

The popular products of the Three Brothers' Pudding are really showed on its big signboard--a super big bowl of tofu pudding model.
